Software Engineers

Eligibility : 1 to 2 years of experience.
BE/B.Tech/MCA candidates having 65% marks throughout career

with exemption in any one exam.

Requisite Skills :

• Sharp minds, strong fundamentals in computers.
• Ability to learn, attitude to win.
• Excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel.
• Ability to work in a heterogeneous environment.  

Principal Software Engineers and Lead Software Engineers

Eligibility : 3 to 5 years experience.

Requisite Skills :

• 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of in depth experience in the relevant technology.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and lead a team developing software solutions for the international market .
• Must have a strong record of delivering tasks on schedule.
• Excellent team building, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work closely with the team members and guide them in all Technical and Functional matters.
• Ability to interface with the customer directly.

Module and Team Leads

Eligibility : 5+ years experience

Requisite Skills :

• At least 3+ years of in depth experience in the relevant technology
• Must have experience of having worked in multiple projects as a Senior Programmer.
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional.
• Ability to innovate, strategise and think out-of-the-box .
• Excellent team building, communication and interpersonal skills with experience of having managed a team of size > 10
• Ability to manage the expectations of the customer and the team.
• Ability to mentor the junior members in the team.
